Molly Dick is an independent relocation consultant and the Director of CROSSROADS Relocation. She is a licensed Realtor and has been in the relocation industry for more than 15 years. Her firm works closely with individuals, couples and families who are moving to the Greater Bay Area from all over the world.

Molly is also the author of a series of newcomer's guides to the Bay Area, including the popular San Francisco Survival Guide.

Addressing the high cost of real estate prices and helping clients to determine just where to live in the Bay Area with all its diversity, are just some of the issues she successfully tackles when working with newcomers. Molly has developed a corporate clientele which includes Charles Schwab, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, HellerEhrman, and Onyx Pharmaceuticals.

She has appeared on Channel 2 and KCBS Radio and has written numerous articles regarding the impact of relocation on the individual and family.
